Job summary

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) seeks a Masters Level Therapist to join our Lewisburg Residential Treatment Facility. You will conduct assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and develop treatment plans for adolescents in a structured, trauma‑informed setting.

Eligible PA licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) and a minimum of three years in child or adolescent behavioral health are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in child or adolescent behavioral health.
• Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT within scope of practice.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills.
• Experience in residential or intensive treatment settings.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
• Experience facilitating group therapy and psychoeducational interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide diagnostic impressions

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments and progress notes

Overview

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our clinical team at our Lewisburg Residential Treatment Facility (RTF). This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents receiving behavioral health treatment in a structured, therapeutic residential setting.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care focused on helping youth achieve emotional stability, behavioral growth, and long-term success.

Position Summary

The Clinician provides assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and treatment planning services for youth receiving residential treatment. This role is instrumental in developing and implementing therapeutic interventions that promote positive treatment outcomes and support overall wellness.
