Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers in Lewisburg, PA, seeks a Masters-Level Behavioral Consultant to provide community-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families impacted by trauma. This in-person role operates in homes, schools, and community settings with flexible scheduling.

You'll conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and deliver family-centered services, traveling across PA counties.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SW, Psychology, Counseling, Education, ABA, with a clinical practicum.
• Active Pennsylvania clinical licensure (LBS/LSW/LPC/LMFT) required or in process.
• At least 1 year of full-time mental health direct service experience with children.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally (100% travel).

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical and behavioral assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy aligned with goals.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, and community locations.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Location: Lewisburg PA
Job Type: Full-Time (In-person, Community-Based)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts
Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 for Master's Level BC (Non-Licensed)

$34.00 -$42.00 for Licensed BC (LBS, LSW, LPC, or LMFT)

Compensation is based on education, licensure status, relevant experience, and internal pay grade guidelines.

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a dedicated Masters-Level Behavioral Consultant to provide community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families impacted by trauma.

Position Summary

The Consultant provides assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in community-based environments. This role focuses on strength-based, child-centered, and family-focused care that supports emotional and behavioral development.

Services are delivered in settings such as homes, schools, and community locations, requiring flexibility and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

Required: Candidates must meet one of the following

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a closely related field with a completed clinical practicum
• Master's degree in a qualifying field and active Pennsylvania clinical licensure (LBS, LSW, LPC, or LMFT)
• At least 1 year of full-time mental health direct service experience with children
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel locally (100% travel required for community-based services)

• Experience working with children and adolescents impacted by trauma
• Background in community-based or in-home therapy services
• Strong collaboration with schools and community partners

Work Location

This is an in-person, community-based, school-based and client home setting position serving multiple counties in Pennsylvania. Candidates must be able willing to travel within the assigned area.
