Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Massachusetts Social Work license or licensure eligible preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with mental health and behavioral needs through individual and group therapy.
• Experience with state agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to students and adults as outlined in their IEP/ISP.
• Conduct family therapy sessions and quarterly meetings with families and collaterals.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
• Write semi‑annual and annual narrative synopses and other required documentation.
• Facilitate time‑limited therapeutic groups.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Assist with direct care when necessary.
• Attend clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.

Join Our Team as a Clinician – Full-Time!

In this role, you’ll provide individual and group therapy, participate in treatment planning, support families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help those we serve achieve independence, growth, and well‑being. Location: Brewster, MA

Compensation: $57,065– $61,766 per year (based on experience and degree)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

No Experience? No Problem! We welcome clinicians who are eager to learn, grow professionally, and provide exceptional care. You’ll receive comprehensive support and training from a collaborative team.
