Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with one year experience with adolescents preferred.
• 21+ with alignment to independent living program goals; candidates with lived experience considered.
• Sound judgment and knowledge of adolescent development and behavior.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work with diverse groups and flexible in approaches.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with vehicle insurance/inspection.
• Must pass annual motor vehicle clearance to operate agency vehicles.
• Proficient in Windows; familiarity with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality supervision to assigned clients during shifts, evenings, overnights, and weekends, engaging clients and supporting life skills.
• Oversee site maintenance and cleanliness in compliance with regulations; submit follow-up paperwork timely.
• Report crises or incidents per agency and funder regulations and complete safety plans.
• Attend external and internal trainings; complete required hours and annual training.
