Job summary

Victory Housing, Inc. seeks an experienced RN leader to implement, coordinate and supervise a comprehensive Health, Wellness and Clinical Program for Assisted Living residents in Potomac, MD.

The role ensures adherence to Victory Housing policies and COMAR regulations while advocating resident well-being. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care planning, supervising medication management, and coordinating with third-party providers to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with geriatric emphasis.
• Three years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatric services.
• Current Maryland RN license and a BSN preferred; Delegating Nurse course within 60 days is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assessments, care planning and quality assurance for all residents.
• Maintain charts including progress notes, interventions, treatments and assessments.
• Oversee pharmacy and medication management and ensure compliant MAR processes.
• Coordinate with ED/AD and staff to delegate tasks and supervise nursing operations.
• Lead monthly care planning meetings and regulatory compliance reviews.
• Act as a liaison with physicians, families, and external health providers.
