Job summary

The Clinical Value Liaison (CVL) is a field-based scientific and clinical expert responsible for engaging payer and healthcare decision-makers to communicate the clinical and economic value of the company's therapies.

The CVL serves as a trusted scientific partner for managed care organizations, integrated delivery networks, pharmacy benefit managers, and other healthcare decision-makers by facilitating compliant scientific exchange related to clinical evidence, real-world evidence (RWE), HEOR,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of industry experience as a Payor Medical Liaison.
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical or related practical experiences in oncology.
• Experience in Managed Care/PBM, HEOR, or strong knowledge of P&T committee processes.
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen.
• Ability to quickly understand and translate complex scientific data and communicate impact on clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Engage payer and healthcare decision-makers to communicate the clinical and economic value of Syneos Health therapies.
• Plan and execute strategy and engagement for assigned customers.
• Establish and maintain scientific relationships with payer medical directors and formulary committees.
• Deliver scientific presentations to formulary committees and address questions related to insights.
