Job summary

Syneos Health in Miami, FL is seeking a Clinical Value Liaison (CVL) to serve as a field-based scientific and clinical expert. You will engage payer and healthcare decision-makers to communicate the clinical and economic value of our therapies.

The CVL works with managed care organizations and IDNs, addressing evidence needs in RWE, HEOR, and value-based care, with strong ability to translate data into actionable insights that support patient access.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience as a Payor Medical Liaison.
• 3+ years of clinical or related practical experience in oncology.
• Experience in Managed Care/PBM, HEOR activities, or strong knowledge of P&T committee processes.
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen.
• Ability to quickly understand and translate complex scientific data for clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Engage payer decision-makers to communicate the clinical and economic value of Syneos Health therapies.
• Plan and execute strategy and engagement for assigned customers.
• Establish and maintain scientific relationships with payer medical directors, formulary committees and other decision-makers.
• Deliver scientific presentations to formulary committees and other key healthcare decision-makers.
• Gather and communicate payer insights regarding formulary considerations, evidence gaps, utilization management, and reimbursement barriers.
• Collaborate with field-based Medical colleagues and Commercial teams to share Medical insights.
