Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) seeks a Clinical Value Analysis Coordinator to lead value analysis across the organization. You will develop data analytics and clinical evidence to maximize efficiency, product standardization, and safe choices.

The role acts as a consultant to clinical staff and supports nursing leadership in various safety and cost initiatives. Responsibilities include leading a consortium-wide value analysis process, collaborating with procurement, and mentoring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; substitution allowed with equivalent experience.
  • Five (5) years in clinical operations or supply chain with three years in clinical roles.
  • Current RN license in Alaska.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a consortium-wide value analysis process to standardize products and manage costs.
  • Provide clinical and strategic expertise to improve quality, safety, and satisfaction.
  • Direct utilization management for clinical products and drive standardization and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with health care teams and procurement to align contracts with clinical needs.
  • Manage the Product Evaluation Committee and new-item addition processes.
