Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a Clinical Value Analysis Coordinator to oversee evaluation, implementation, and optimization of clinical products, equipment, and services across the health system. You will work with physicians, nursing leaders, finance, sourcing, and operations to ensure evidence-based purchasing decisions.

The role emphasizes governance, analytics, and collaboration to improve patient outcomes, regulatory adherence, and financial stewardship while supporting enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• RN-type license preferred; nursing or related clinical background recommended.
• 3 years nursing experience or 5+ years in procedural, perioperative, radiology, or cardiac services in healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare value analysis, sourcing, contracting, or supply chain improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate evaluation of new product requests, substitutions, and equipment assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, finance, sourcing, and operations to standardize and optimize products.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses and track value analysis outcomes (cost savings, cost avoidance, standards).
• Lead or participate in value analysis governance committees and product review teams.
• Support supply chain optimization and vendor contract alignment.
