Job summary

University Medical Center of Southern Nevada is seeking a Clinical Manager for the Intermediate Care unit. You will supervise nursing staff, determine staffing levels, and help drive quality patient outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, 5 years clinical nursing with 2 in supervision, a NV RN license, and BLS; ACLS/TNCC may be required for some positions. Competitive benefits and pension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Five years of clinical nursing experience, with two years in supervision.
• Valid Nevada RN license and BLS certification at hire.
• Possible additional certifications (TNCC, ACLS, NRP, PALS) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more clinical units and determine staffing levels.
• Participate in development of unit budgets and monitor adherence.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with standards.
