Job summary

CenExel Clinical Research is seeking a patient-focused support professional to aid Clinical Research Coordinators in achieving protocol goals while adhering to ICH, GCP, and site guidelines. This role involves handling patient charts, preparing visits, and maintaining study supply inventories.

Responsibilities include data entry, charting, and collaboration with coordinators, vendors, and laboratories, plus clerical tasks and scheduling support.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills and advanced knowledge of electronic equipment (email, fax, copier, computer).
• Strong organization and record maintenance abilities.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors and co-workers.
• Strong personal initiative and attention to detail.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain patient charts for all studies.
• Prepare participant visits based on CRC schedule and ensure all source documents and lab kits are available.
• Maintain inventory of study-specific supplies and materials.
• Complete data entry and resolve queries for CRFs per sponsor timelines.
• Assist Coordinators with assessments and basic procedures.
• Communicate with study participants, caregivers, vendors and laboratories as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, copying, faxing and clerical tasks.
• Aid Coordinators with monitoring visits.
• Perform daily tasks as assigned by CRC.
