Job summary

Auzmer Research is seeking a friendly, motivated, and organized Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to support our patient recruitment efforts for ongoing clinical trials in Lakeland, FL. This part-time role focuses on contacting potential participants, discussing trial opportunities, and assisting with prescreening to determine eligibility.

Ideal candidates have experience as a Medical Assistant or Medical Scribe, are comfortable with medical terminology, and can document information accurately

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, call center, recruiting, or customer service preferred.
• Interest in healthcare or clinical research is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen potential research participants via outbound and inbound calls.
• Maintain accurate records of participant interactions in the database.
• Schedule and confirm study appointments and focus groups.
• Follow screening criteria to qualify participants.
• Meet recruitment quotas and call-volume targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet participant needs.
• Provide professional, friendly experiences for participants.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
