Job summary

Auzmer Research, Inc. in Lakeland, FL is seeking a friendly and organized Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to support patient recruitment for ongoing clinical trials. The role is part-time and starts at $18/hour.

Ideal candidates have experience as Medical Assistants or Medical Scribes and are interested in gaining clinical research experience. The CTA will contact potential participants, discuss trial opportunities, review medical histories, and assist with prescreening to determine eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, call center, recruiting or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Availability to work part-time hours in Lakeland, FL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to recruit and screen potential research participants.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate and participant interactions in the database.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for research studies and focus groups.
• Follow recruitment scripts and screening criteria to qualify participants.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment quotas and call volume targets.
• Provide a professional and friendly experience for all prospective participants.
• Coordinate with internal research teams to ensure participant needs are met.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
