Flourish Research in Northridge, CA is seeking a QC & Data Analyst to support our clinical trial operations. The position is Monday–Friday day shift (40 hours per week) and Non-Exempt under FLSA.

Responsibilities include ensuring data quality, coordinating with sponsors, CROs, and IRBs, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, 1–3+ years in clinical or biological research, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• 1–3+ years’ experience within clinical or biological research.
• Proficient with MS Office; able to understand medical terminology and research concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC & Data Analyst tasks to support the Northridge site.
• Support data management and quality control processes.
• Collaborate with sponsors/CROs and IRBs to ensure compliant workflows.
