Job summary

The General Hospital Corporation (Mass General Brigham) is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead a national clinical research program evaluating a mind-body intervention for high-risk orthopedic injury patients. You will oversee multiple sites, ensure regulatory compliance, manage timelines and budgets, and supervise CRCs and a project coordinator.

Hybrid work options are available. Ideal candidates have a Master's degree and 5–10 years of project management experience in clinical research

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for the role.
• Experience managing multi-site clinical research trials is preferred.
• Familiarity with NIH/NCCIH-funded studies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage study deliverable timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with investigators, sites, and data centers for start-up and execution.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (IRB, sponsor requirements) across sites.
• Oversee budgets, staffing allocations, and billing processes.
• Supervise Project Coordinator and CRCs; provide backup when needed.
• Monitor enrollment, site performance, and billing across all sites.
• Prepare reports, contracts, and post-award documents.
