Responsibilities

• Data entry, management and calculations using a database and spreadsheet software.
• Screen patient eligibility for studies and assist in recruitment.
• Coordinate study activities and communicate updates to staff and sponsors.
• Maintain staff records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Assist in orienting new staff to study procedures and maintain documentation.
• Prepare study documents for IRB submission and related reports.
• Set up and take down equipment for patient testing and visits.
• Support retention by scheduling research visits and reminders.
