Job summary

Merck is seeking a Product Analyst for the Integrated Trial Monitoring product. You will work with stakeholders across the company to understand user needs, design tests, and document requirements enabling our clinical processes to run smoothly.

You will build expertise on system validations, manage a healthy backlog of epics and user stories, and collaborate with scrum masters, tech leads, and developers to deliver high-quality IT solutions and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, product/business analyst, or similar.
• Experience working within a global team.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills.
• Curious and persistent, able to discern pain points and perform root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather business/process documentation in clinical domain and trace requests.
• Broaden expertise in the Clinical Trials domain.
• Form solution ideas and prioritize to maximize IT value.
• Identify business value and measure impact of initiatives.
• Ensure enablement, adoption, and growth of the Integrated Trial Monitoring product.
• Collaborate with squad members to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Maintain a healthy backlog of epics, features and user stories aligned to roadmap.
• Apply Product Model principles to maximize business value.
