Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Abstract and record patient data on CRFs and in the Clinical Trials database.
• Ensure complete source documentation is compiled in research records.
• Schedule and track prescreening, screening and enrollment logs.
• Obtain and review electronic medical records via EPIC for identifying and screening potential subjects.
• Gather and maintain source documents, regulatory binders, and subject binders.
• Ensure current consent forms are completed and documented.
• Review medical history to determine eligibility.
• Schedule, coordinate, prepare for and conduct sponsor monitor visits and audits with the regulatory team and CRC.
