Job summary

ERA Health Research is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator I at our Redmond, WA location. The role coordinates all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring ethical, regulatory, and scientific standards while safeguarding participant safety and data integrity.

Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Washington is mandatory. The position involves trial coordination, regulatory support, patient visits, and QA duties, with travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington RN license required at hire.
• At least 1 year clinical and/or clinical research experience.
• Current CPR or BLS certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Venipuncture and IV start skills or ability to learn within 30 days.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with cross-team collaboration.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• ERA does not provide visa sponsorship; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Identify objectives, endpoints and outcomes for clinical trials.
• Ensure protocol adherence per GCP and IRB/IEC approvals.
• Coordinate site initiation visits and prep documents.
• Develop trial management tools (calendars, source docs) to improve compliance.
• Maintain SOPs alignment with study requirements.
• Manage study supplies and inventory.
• Oversee patient visits scheduling and regulatory documentation.
• Perform nursing assessments and protocol-related procedures.
• Administer investigational products and monitor patient responses.
• Report Adverse Events (AEs) and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs).
• Train new team members in clinical research skills.
• Travel to other company sites as needed.
