Job summary

The CORE Institute in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee and coordinate clinical studies involving human subjects. You will assist with protocol development, regulatory submissions, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations while supporting study teams.

You will recruit participants, obtain informed consent, collect data, manage case report forms, and coordinate tests and visits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree AND three years of clinical trial experience OR Associates Degree AND Certified Clinical Research Coordinator
Four plus years experience in the health care field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certified Clinical Research Coordinator preferred
Knowledge of clinical research regulatory guidelines and regulations

Responsibilities

Assist with protocol development and feasibility assessment.
Prepare regulatory submissions and manage documentation for assigned studies.
Recruit study participants through referrals or ads.
Schedule visits, screen and obtain informed consent from potential participants.
Collect, monitor and analyze data for research projects.
Complete case report forms and document data in study records.
Coordinate laboratory tests, imaging studies and exams.
Educate patient care teams on study protocols and procedures.
