Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Manager in a clinical trials setting.
• Strong attention to detail with data entry experience.
• Some knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands clinical data from medical records and enters data to CRFs/eCRFs.
• Maintains currency of research regulations including SAE reporting.
• Interfaces with sponsors of externally sponsored trials and supports monitoring visits.
• Performs follow up for study patient survival by reviewing medical records.
• Collaborates with QA teams to ensure data accuracy prior to submission.
• Attends protocol start-up orientations and training sessions.
• Assists in audits for NCI/FDA/pharmaceutical studies.
• Completes spreadsheets for industry studies to ensure timely sponsor invoicing.
• Ensures confidentiality, accuracy, security and access to data.
