Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the clinical trials start-up process from protocol receipt to site activation.
• Data reporting and management, source documents, CRF development, adverse events, and archiving.
• Prepare regulatory reports and IRB submissions; maintain study binders and enter data in ONCORE.
• Ensure proper collection, preparation, and shipment of study samples per protocol.
• Coordinate with protocols, scheduling, lab, pharmacy, nursing, and other departments.
• Support audits/monitoring visits and respond to data queries.
• Interacts with study participants as required by the protocol; may collect tissue samples.
