Job summary

Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston invites applications for a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) within the Center of Cancer Therapeutic Innovation (CCTI). The CRC will support trial conduct under GCP, manage data collection, and ensure protocol adherence.

Responsibilities include data entry into the clinical trials management system ONCORE, maintenance of regulatory and participant binders, IRB submissions, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of Dana-Farber Associate Clinical Research Coordinator experience required.
• Experience in medical or scientific research setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and IRB requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trials start-up activities from protocol receipt through IRB submissions and site activation.
• Data collection/management, source documents, CRFs, AE reporting, and archive study records.
• Maintain study and regulatory binders; enter data into the trial management system.
• Ensure proper collection, preparation, and shipment of trial samples per protocol.
• Collaborate with Protocol Scheduling, Materials Management, CRL, Pharmacy, and Research Nursing.
• Prepare for internal and external audits/monitoring visits.
