Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of relevant clinical research experience, or 4 years with ACRP or SOCRA certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire.
• Knowledge of clinical research terminology and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and coordinate complex trials.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate recruitment strategies and screen study participants for eligibility.
• Serve as primary contact for adverse events and informed consent processes.
• Coordinate tests/procedures per protocol and report results to investigators.
• Maintain study documentation and sponsor communications.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice and regulatory standards.
