Job summary

The University of Southern California Arcadia Hospital is seeking a Research Coordinator to assist investigators with participant recruitment, data collection, scheduling of study activities and follow-up of enrolled subjects.

You will maintain regulatory documents, support IRB submissions, and help prepare grant materials, ensuring adherence to FDA, GCP, HIPAA, and sponsor requirements while coordinating audits and monitor visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education.
• Minimum 2 years administrative or research experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing assessments, scheduling, and ensuring protocol compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, orientation and correspondence; schedule visits and tests.
• Collect, record, enter and prepare data for analysis; perform preliminary study analysis.
