Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required; licensed to practice law in Florida with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating research, health care, and/or clinical trial agreements.
• Excellent research, written and verbal communication skills; ability to advise management.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice regarding research and compliance transactions and contracts.
• Draft, present, negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements across departments.
• Identify risks, provide clear recommendations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with compliance, regulatory, and research administration to meet institutional objectives.
• Assist in preparing policies, procedures and related legal documents.
