A biotechnology company advancing clinical development programs across oncology and infectious disease is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Contracts Attorney to provide interim support to its legal and clinical operations teams.
This is an opportunity for a sophisticated clinical trials attorney to step into a meaningful advisory role, supporting complex clinical trial agreement negotiations and serving as a strategic legal resource for clinical research stakeholders.
The attorney will manage high-level legal escalations involving clinical trial agreements, provide detailed contract review and negotiation support, and advise clinical operations stakeholders on practical legal solutions aligned with business priorities. The role also includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor and supply agreements supporting clinical trials.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive, hands-on clinical trial agreement experience, senior-level legal judgment, and the ability to seamlessly transition between detailed contractual negotiations and broader strategic counseling. Experience independently partnering with clinical operations teams and navigating stakeholders with differing levels of legal support needs will be important.
