Job summary

Bausch + Lomb, a global eye health leader, is seeking a Sr. Clinical Trial Manager to oversee and support the implementation, conduct, and closeout of clinical studies in alignment with the Investigational Plan and applicable regulations.

Under the Director of Clinical Operations, you will collaborate across QA, Regulatory, Safety, and R&D to ensure timely study execution, regulatory compliance, and robust TMF documentation. Travel is minimal, and a strong GCP/FDA background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health profession or science; advanced degree a plus.
• At least 3 years of ongoing clinical trials experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in knowledge of GCPs and knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to effectively work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills plus computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Travel may be required (minimal).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates and supports CTM/Sr. CTM on required tasks prior to commencement of clinical trials.
• Supports CTM/Sr. CTM and clinical operations team to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicates with clinical trial sites regarding study conduct and monitoring.
• Assists in tracking study payments and invoices.
• Provides operational support to ensure departmental procedures are followed.
• Collaborates with R&D, Regulatory, Safety, and Quality/Compliance teams.
• Supports site start-up and TMF-related activities.
• Assists in presentations of clinical information for projects.
• Works on projects of moderate-to-high difficulty requiring judgment and flexibility.
