Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Clinical Operations support professional to assist the Director/ Sr. CTM in implementing and closing clinical studies. This role emphasizes FDA/GCP compliance, site coordination, and study documentation across multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical trials, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Travel is minimal, and the position offers diverse benefits in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health profession or science; advanced degree a plus.
• At least 3 years of ongoing clinical trials experience.
• Proficiency in GCPs and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; computer proficiency.
• Travel may be required (minimal).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with CTM/Sr. CTM on planning, protocol development, CRF, IRB submissions, ICF, site selection, and TMF structure.
• Supports regulatory compliance with FDA and international requirements.
• Coordinates study site communications for conduct, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Assists in tracking payments and invoices for studies.
• Provides workflow support to ensure proper documentation and processes.
• Collaborates with R&D, Regulatory, Safety, and Quality/Compliance teams.
• Prepares administrative documents for study programs, TMFs, and start-up activities.
• Assists in presenting clinical information for projects.
• Handles projects with moderate-to-high complexity requiring judgement.
