Job summary

QPS Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Research Coordinator in Miami, FL to support a research team in conducting clinical trials. You will assist the CRC/CCRC with data collection, sample handling, scheduling visits, and ensuring accurate documentation in the Clinical Trial Management System.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of medical assisting or related health experience, and strong telephone skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience as a Medical Assistant or related health field.
• Exceptional telephone skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Establish good rapport with potential study subjects.
• Clinical data collection such as vital signs and ECG.
• Laboratory specimen collection and processing as needed.
• Timely recordkeeping of study visits and procedures in the CTMS.
• Review and retrieve medical records.
