Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Clinical Trial Implementation Project Manager to lead clinic implementation for Oncology trials and non-oncology studies, ensuring gaps are closed from pre-submission through enrollment and amendments.

You will coordinate a 20+ trial portfolio, develop training materials, collaborate with Clinical Trial Nurses, pharmacists and other teams, and drive process improvements using Smartsheet, Zendesk and Office 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in science/tech or related field.
• 5 years health care ops experience, preferably in clinical research.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes in fast paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Certified Clinical Research credentials preferred (ACRP/SOCRA).

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic implementation for all Oncology trials at UW & Fred Hutch and non-oncology trials at Fred Hutch.
• Guide operations specialists on complex issues escalated to the director.
• Track incoming implementation requests and manage lifecycle from pre-submission to open enrollment.
• Develop and revise training materials, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Manage a portfolio of 20+ high-complexity clinical trials.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and provide timely updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with Clinical Trial Nurses, pharmacists, and other teams to drive implementation activities.
