Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking a Startup Implementation Officer to lead operational implementation of new clinical research protocols and amendments across the enterprise. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• At least 2 years of Oncology experience in an academic or hospital setting.
• Experience interpreting clinical trial protocols and applying protocol requirements to operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead review of new and modified clinical research protocols for feasibility and implementation planning.
• Develop patient and research flow for new clinical trials ensuring all protocol requirements are met.
• Collaborate with investigators and leadership to align enrollment readiness and mitigate operational challenges.
• Prepare and disseminate summaries of study procedures in clinical settings.
• Coordinate with clinics to vet protocol requirements and study workflows for new trials.
