Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• At least 2 years of Oncology experience in an academic or hospital setting.
• Experience interpreting clinical trial protocols and applying requirements to workflows, orders, or implementation planning.
• Ability to work across interdisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead review of new clinical protocols and modifications for feasibility and start-up planning.
• Develop patient and research flow for new clinical trials ensuring protocol requirements are met.
• Collaborate with investigators and leadership to align enrollment readiness with protocol activation.
• Prepare and disseminate summaries of study procedures in clinical settings.
• Facilitate coordination with clinic areas to vet protocol requirements and patient flow for new trials.
• Design education plans and materials to support clinical readiness for protocol implementation.
