Structure Therapeutics Inc. is advancing a clinical-stage pipeline focused on chronic diseases with high unmet need. The Site Engagement Coordinator will work with study teams to optimize participant recruitment and retention while supporting site relationships and trial logistics.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail will be key in this role, along with superb organizational skills.
• Minimum of a Associates degree, plus 8+ years of relevant experience (includes Site, SMO, CRO, and/or Sponsor experience)
• Deep understanding of the clinical trial process and ability to develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience in understanding trial metrics, analyzing trends and adjusting to meet goals

Responsibilities

• Be a voice to support design and execution of patient recruitment, collaborating with study teams to identify the target population and support outreach strategies across the trials.
• Develop and implement operational plans for recruitment and retention.
• Building and maintaining relationships with sites, CROs, and vendors that support trial recruitment and retention efforts.
• Extend the company connection to advocacy groups and other organizations that support recruitment and retention in clinical trials.
• Conduct market research to understand patient needs and barriers to participation in clinical trials and using this information to plan adequate recruitment/retention strategies.
• Create Site and Participant facing documents/materials that define direction and support of recruitment and/or retention.
