Responsibilities

• Schedule screening, outpatient, baseline, follow-up, and study-related visits per protocol and visit windows.
• Enter real-time updates in CTMS/EMR and follow subjects during outpatient visits.
• Coordinate appointments with research staff, providers, laboratories, and ancillary departments.
• Maintain appointment calendars and optimize scheduling to maximize clinic utilization and participant flow.
