Job summary

Barrington James is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator in Miami to join a fast-paced, high-volume clinical pharmacology unit. You will own the full study lifecycle from startup through closeout, coordinating Phase I and early-phase studies with direct involvement in protocol, consent, and data capture.

The role requires hands-on coordination, strong communication, and the ability to work independently on-site in Miami, FL. English and Spanish skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Hands-on clinical research coordination experience, Phase I preferred.
• Confident with protocols, informed consent, and EDC systems.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Miami, FL.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trials from protocol review through study closeout.
• Screen and enroll subjects, obtain informed consent, and manage visits.
• Perform clinical procedures (vitals, ECGs, phlebotomy) and support PK sampling.
• Manage EDC data entry, source documentation, and query resolution.
• Track and report adverse events per protocol requirements.
• Liaise with Principal Investigators, sponsors, and CROs.
• Support monitoring visits and manage investigational product per protocol.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate clinical trials from protocol review through study closeout
