Innovo Research Inc. seeks a dedicated Clinical Trial Recruiter to identify, recruit, and consent patients for participation in clinical studies. This 100% on-site role in Austin, TX requires coordinating with investigators, coordinators, and healthcare teams to ensure compliant enrollment.

The ideal candidate has experience in clinical research or healthcare recruitment, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, cold-calling, clinical research, patient recruitment, or healthcare fields.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential research participant candidates using medical records, databases, referrals, and community outreach.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract eligible patients while ensuring protocol adherence.
• Educate potential participants and families about trial purpose, procedures, risks and benefits to aid informed decision‑making.
• Obtain informed consent in accordance with guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct remote screenings to determine initial eligibility and coordinate with healthcare professionals as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, recruitment efforts, and consent processes per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with investigators, research coordinators, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to facilitate enrollment.
• Provide ongoing support to potential participants and address concerns to ensure protocol compliance.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, policies, and ethical standards governing screening, recruitment, and enrollment.
