Innovo Research, Inc. seeks a Clinical Trial Recruiter to identify, recruit, and consent patients for clinical research studies in Champaign, IL. This 100% on-site role supports enrollment through diverse channels and requires adherence to regulatory standards.

You will educate participants, obtain consent, and coordinate with clinicians, ensuring accurate records and timely communication while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, cold-calling, clinical research, patient recruitment, or healthcare-related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently (remotely) and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Identify potential research participant candidates using multiple channels to recruit for clinical studies.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract eligible patients while following study protocols.
• Educate potential participants and families about the trial, risks, and benefits to aid informed decisions.
• Obtain informed consent from eligible participants according to guidelines and regulations.
• Conduct remote screenings to determine initial eligibility and coordinate with clinicians as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, recruitment efforts, and consent processes.
• Collaborate with investigators, research coordinators, and staff to facilitate enrollment.
• Provide ongoing support and address participant concerns while ensuring protocol compliance.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and institutional policies on screening and enrollment.
• Participate in training to enhance recruitment strategies and regulatory knowledge.
• Schedule appointments using staff calendars and perform additional duties as assigned.
