Job summary

Javara Inc. seeks an Assistant Clinical Trial Navigator in Fort Worth, TX to assist with coordinating and administering clinical trials. You will support patient enrollment goals and maintain trial documentation with a focus on participant safety and data integrity.

You will report to the Manager of Site Operations and the Principal Investigator, coordinating visits, assisting with consent, and following SOPs and regulatory requirements. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience beneficial.
• Experience in clinical trials is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and administration of clinical trials ensuring participant safety.
• Support enrollment goals by contributing to enrollment strategies and building relationships with patient populations.
• Assist in informed consent process and maintain study documentation up to date and audit-ready.
• Document data in CTMS and supplier systems, including source data and query resolution.
• Coordinate and schedule patient visits and collect/handle clinical samples as needed.
• Travel up to 30% regionally as required.
