Job summary

Linical in Florida seeks a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee studies, mentor CRAs, and coordinate regulatory and budget activities. The CTM ensures protocol adherence, GCP compliance, and study efficiency across global sites.

The role requires three+ years in clinical trial management, with strong communication, leadership and budget skills. Expect oversight of vendors, monthly reviews, and collaboration with PMs on start‑ups and execution.

Qualifications

• Life Science degree with minimum three years of clinical trial management experience.
• Experience in personnel management preferred.
• Experience as CRA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops site activation plans and start‑up documents as needed.
• Coordinates site identification, selection and recruitment.
• Oversees regulatory submissions and TMF quality.
• Manage CRA performance and training; monitor project milestones.
• Oversee vendor management and project finances to meet targets.
