Lurie Children’s Hospital seeks a Clinical Trial Financial Manager to oversee tracking, billing, and recovery of clinical research earnings. You will serve as the study team’s primary contact for financial management, ensuring accurate data in Study Tracker and Workday and timely invoicing for funded trials.

You will manage accruals, reimbursements, budgeting, and contract-terms analysis while collaborating with study staff. A growth-oriented, detail-focused professional thrives here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years in clinical trials/grant administration preferred.
• 5+ years fiscal administration experience preferred.
• Experience with clinical trial budgets and regulatory management preferred.
• Strong math, analytics, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support in a customer service environment for OCCT’s finance services.
• Serve as primary account administrator; create accounts in Study Tracker and Workday; allocate and monitor expenses.
• Process deposits and invoicing for externally funded trials; reconcile accounts; close-outs.
