Job summary

ACE Partners partners with a medical device company to hire a Clinical Trial Coordinator (CTC) for the vascular space. This role supports day-to-day execution of clinical studies across sites, CROs, vendors and internal teams, with a focus on compliance and timely delivery.

The position is remote or hybrid and East Coast based, part-time up to 29 hours per week. You will help plan, start-up, maintain and close studies, manage TMF/eTMF, IRB submissions and site payments while ensuring GCP and FDA

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of clinical trial experience
• Medical device clinical trial experience preferred
• Working knowledge of GCP and FDA regulations
• Experience with EDC and TMF/eTMF systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Support study planning, coordination and tracking
• Coordinate with clinical sites, CROs, vendors and internal teams

I’m partnering with an innovative medical device company in the vascular space that is expanding its Clinical Affairs team and looking to hire a Clinical Trial Coordinator (CTC).

This is a great opportunity for someone with medical device clinical trial experience who wants to join a growing organization and support the execution of important clinical programs.

The Role

You’ll work closely with Clinical Affairs, investigators, CROs, vendors and clinical sites to support the day-to-day execution of clinical studies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting study planning, coordination and tracking
• Coordinating with clinical sites, CROs, vendors and internal teams
• Supporting study start-up, maintenance and closeout activities
• Managing IRB/EC submissions and regulatory documentation
• Maintaining TMF/eTMF and study documentation
• Tracking site payments, budgets, contracts and clinical device inventory
• Supporting investigator meetings, study training and committee logistics
• Assisting with data tracking, reconciliation and quality control
• Ensuring study activities remain compliant with GCP, FDA regulations and internal procedures

What They’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of clinical trial experience
• Medical device experience strongly preferred
