Job summary

Lakes-Regional-Community-Center in Mount Pleasant, TX is seeking a Clinic Driver to join the administrative support team. The role includes transportation of clients, monitoring during transit, and reporting any safety concerns to clinic staff.

The position may involve evening hours and occasional travel outside the catchment area. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with Defensive Driving Certificate, and prior experience in human services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess current driver's license and Defensive Driving Certificate.
• Experience in human service field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to clients and monitor them during transport.
• Inform OMHP/LPHA/Clinic RN/Clinic director of problematic behaviors.
• Perform courier duties and coordinate vehicle upkeep.
• Document transport times and maintain safety through vehicle checks.
• Travel outside the catchment area as needed.
• Provide back-up office communications and other support tasks.
