Job summary

Community Health Systems in the United States is seeking a dedicated transportation associate to ensure safe delivery of materials and vehicles to St. John's clinics.

The role reports to the Facilities Director and Facilities Manager, emphasizing efficient route planning, on-time deliveries, and adherence to all safety procedures. The position requires a clean driving record, a valid Class A license, and the ability to drive mobile health clinics when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience planning trips/delivery routes using online mapping sites, GPS location devices/smartphones, and maps.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and deliver pharmacy crates to assigned St. John's clinics.
• Follow procedures for receiving and delivering prescriptions, including giving and receiving signatures when picking up or dropping off.
• Plan delivery route to maximize efficiency and productivity for the day.
• Drive St. John's mobile health clinics when needed (Class A license required).
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Report potential vehicle problems and schedule maintenance/repairs.
• Follow traffic laws and avoid accidents; report vehicle damage.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and other work-related events as needed.
