The role requires deep healthcare operations knowledge, informatics expertise, and collaboration with nursing, physician leadership, analytics, and IS&T to drive improvement and monitor results.

Qualificações

• BS in relevant clinical field or Healthcare Administration, Quality and Safety, or Informatics.
• 7+ years' experience in analytics, informatics or quality improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Advances execution of organizational clinical strategic improvement through analysis of data to identify opportunities.
• Leads workflow design and evaluates technology that supports clinical workflow and safety.
• Applies informatics theory and usability principles to prioritize and implement system improvements.
• Collaborates with clinical operations and IS&T to capture critical patient information and drive improvement.
• Designs and communicates data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
