Responsibilities
  • Provide physician practice workflow transformation guidance, workflow change management direction, and identify information gaps in existing clinical processes related to the implementation and optimization of electronic medical record systems.
  • Guide adoption and evaluation activities for physician clinic practice sites to identify non-standard or non-compliant workflows and information gaps. Assess current system issues and provide training to leverage electronic medical record functionality that supports practice standards and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with local leadership and physician practice leadership to enhance training and identify strategies for adoption and optimization to achieve expected outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing electronic medical record application upgrades or new feature training to physician practices and new staff.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with practice users to ensure optimal utilization of clinical applications.
Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
