Job summary

AVITA Medical is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to drive adoption of RECELL products through hands-on education for clinicians and stakeholders. You will implement education programs aligned with the company’s interests and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs to support key accounts.

The role requires extensive travel (60-70%) across territories, ongoing professional training, and maintaining strong relationships with burn centers and operating rooms.

Qualifications

• Must have clinical training expertise and experience delivering education to healthcare professionals.
• Experience developing and delivering clinical education programs for therapeutic devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training physicians and nurses.

Responsibilities

• Be the customer’s clinical expert for the RECELL System, including indications, device setup, skin processing, and aftercare.
• Clinically support and train on future devices and products as developed.
• Represent AVITA in the field with high visibility and customer satisfaction.
• Supports cases outside of assigned territories on an as-needed basis.
• Develop and execute clinical education programs for priority accounts to promote knowledge and increase utilization.
