Job summary

Richard Wolf GmbH is seeking a Clinical Specialist in Denver, CO to deliver clinical training to Sales Representatives and healthcare providers in OR and sterile processing settings. The role includes troubleshooting product issues, coordinating OR/SPD training, and ensuring high-quality educational support.

The position requires a health-care related Associate degree or equivalent experience, three years in healthcare, and strong communication skills to engage diverse clinical audiences.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a health care related field or related experience.
• Three years’ healthcare experience.
• Experience in operating room settings and reprocessing knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to explain complex clinical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to train multiple stakeholder groups and manage training logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise and training to Sales Representatives and healthcare providers.
• Assist with product troubleshooting and collaboration with internal teams.
• Coordinate training for OR/SPD staff with OR/SPD Manager or Educator.
• Develop training materials with Clinical Services Manager, Educator, or Marketing.
• Conduct assessments to identify training needs and gaps in product knowledge.
• Support product launches and update educational materials with internal teams.
