Job summary

Rep-Lite seeks a Field Account Specialist with a sterile processing focus to improve tray workflows, instrument readiness, and OR performance. The role is field-based and requires hands-on collaboration with SPD, Central Services, and OR teams.

You will train clinical staff, monitor utilization, and drive efficiency improvements while maintaining strong relationships with hospital stakeholders. This position is hospital-based and requires traveling to assigned sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SPD/central services or OR experience.
• Strong understanding of sterile processing workflows.
• Hands-on comfort with equipment and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SPD, Central Services, and OR teams to optimize tray workflows and instrument readiness.
• On-site expert for system utilization, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage trays and instruments including setup, audits, tracking, and OR readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve tray management, turnaround times, and workflow efficiency.
• Train SPD techs, scrub techs, and OR staff; provide ongoing clinical support.
