Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Clinical Training Associate for Shockwave Medical in New Brighton, MN. The two-year CTA program develops future leadership in the medical device industry, with onboarding across sales, training, and marketing functions.

As development progresses, you may interview for a Field Clinical Specialist role; relocation to the field location may be required. The role emphasizes demonstrations, education, and conference support across local and national events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Engineering, Life Sciences or Business.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Experience or education in sales, marketing, and life sciences or completion of school-sponsored selling skills program is preferred.
• Ability to relocate to field-based location may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and new hire clinical and product training. Learn and manage all systems, including Allego.
• Support product, disease state and clinical skills-based training programs for the field sales organization.
• Deliver in-person, virtual, and hybrid product training for new hires and tenured employees.
• Collaborate with product marketing to create content for the field sales force.
• Build internal and external relationships across cross-functional teams and thought leaders.
• Support travel to local and national conferences and deliver product demonstrations and value propositions.
• Attend and support physician customers in procedures as directed by your manager.
• Backfill vacant territories as assigned.
